O&M currently has professional project managers and operating technicians on staff with diverse backgrounds in industry, consulting, and construction. The staff includes certified environmental operators at multiple levels in multiple states. Through its affiliates and outsource agreements, O&M also maintains access to additional professionals and operating technicians based on local and functional project requirements. This diverse background and experience is what allows O&M to understand, coordinate and anticipate the often complex issues involved in implementation of operations and maintenance activities.
O&M’s project managers have over 20 years of environmental project experience providing a broad range of skill sets. These capabilities include project management and coordination, site investigation and delineation, and remedial system design, installation, operations and maintenance, engineering oversight, design reviews, property due diligence audits, brown field’s redevelopment, air and wastewater permitting, and client and regulatory liaison related activities.
O&M’s licensed wastewater treatment plant operators have an average 15 years of groundwater treatment plant operations experience.
O&M’s environmental technicians have an average 8 years of environmental operations & maintenance and sampling experience.
Working within the private sector, O&M has worked on projects in over 32 states and Puerto Rico and has experience within five EPA Regions involving CERCLA, State Superfund, RCRA and State regulatory driven programs.
